About the module:

This module contains the essential eight disciplines of effective leadership.  The Leader Who Inspires is that person that takes responsibility for the tone of the work environment, has an air of humility yet is fiercely determined about the enterprise’s success, knows the value of authenticity, looks for the opportunity hidden in constraints and contradictions, understands that the workplace operates on more than one level, appreciates that the leader’s support is priceless, places great value on consultation and speaks using clear, simple language and finally understands the limitations of consensus.

These leadership disciplines are supported by research into how organisations behave and what it takes to bring about successful change.
