This module contains the essential relationship disciplines of effective leadership. The Leader Who Inspires is that person that looks for the opportunity hidden in constraints and contradictions, understands that the workplace operates on more than one level, appreciates that the leader’s support is priceless, places great value on consultation and speaks using clear, simple language and finally understands the limitations of consensus.
